氣象專家林得恩也在「林老師氣象站」臉書提醒，今天受冷空氣南下影響，台灣北部及東北部天氣明顯轉冷，其它地區早晚也偏冷；由於這波冷空氣強度已上調為大陸冷氣團等級，初步估計最低溫為台灣中部以北及宜蘭13至15度，花東及澎湖15至17度，南部16至18度，金門及馬祖則分別約11至13度及10至12度。林得恩進一步指出，因同時搭配華南雲系東移，環境水氣增多、降雨範圍擴大，迎風面的桃園以北、東北部及東半部都有局部短暫雨，其它山區也有零星短暫陣雨。需要留意的是，基隆北海岸、東北部及東部地區有局部較大雨勢發生的機會。林得恩說，這波冷氣團預計要到3月11日才會開始減弱，下一波同樣為大陸冷氣團等級的冷空氣，則預估在3月12日南下。
